Potstickers with Edamame Succotash

Ingredients
1 13 oz package Ling Ling Vegetabe Potstickers2 tsp canola oil, divided12 oz frozen edamame1 cup frozen corn1 cup frozen onions and peppers1 Tbs. rice vinegar1 Tbs. toasted sesame oil2 tsp. hot bean sauceoptional: chopped cilantro and green onions
Directions
Combine sauce packet from potsticker package, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and bean sauce, set aside. Heat 1 tsp canola oil in skillet over medium-high heat, and add potstickers. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until browned on bottoms. Add 1/4 cup water to pan, cover, and cook 3 to 4 minutes more. Transfer to plate, and add 1 tsp more canola oil to pan. Add edamame, corn, and onions and peppers, and saute about 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat, and stir in potstickers, sauce mixture, and optional cilantro and onions. Serve warm.
