Berry Nutty Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 c. Frozen, unsweetened blueberries1/2 c. Frozen, unsweetened strawberries1 c. skim, nonfat milk or soy milk.1/2 oz walnuts1 tablespoon Benefiber (or other fiber supplement), if you prefer.1 packet splenda, if needed
Directions
Take all ingredients and put in a small blender. Add a little water (about a tablespoon) if the smoothie is too thick. Enjoy!
