Apple Butterscotch Pudding Pie

6 whole Nabisco Graham Crackers1 Box Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, butterscotch flavor2 Apples, fresh, (i usede granny smith)2 cups Milk, 1%1 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg
slice apples thinly, and coat in spices, put over hot skillit with smart balance.
cook apples for 1about 10 mins or until soft
while this is cooking make your pudding with elctric mixer with pudding box and 2 cups of cold milk
mix for about 3-5 mins untill thick, let rest
line a pie dish with your gram crackers and save about 1 1/2 crackers for later topping
when apples are done place over grams evenly then when is cooled pout pudding evenly over apples.
take the 1 1/2 extra grams and crush them and sprinkle over pie.
for best results lets chill over night, though that usally usnt the case in our house, 3 hours is fine, sometimes less.
