Vegetable Omelete

Ingredients
Fresh Pepper red or green 25 gJalapeno Peppers 25 gMushrooms 100 gEgg Whites 250 gGreen Onion 1
Directions
Cook all ingredients except egg whites with teaspoon of grapeseed oil

When vegetables are partly cooked, add egg whites. Cook until all egg white is cooked.

Fold in two and cut in half for each serving, Makes two servings.

Serve with Salsa {hot or mild} 1/4 cup if you want.
Serve with a large Flatbread per serving.

    this is a very good dish, it fills you up, you feel warm and great inside and still is high in protein , you wont feel hungry for a big while eating this low calorie food....I use a few variations of it but I have it everyday for breakfast, lunch or dinner even snack in the middle afternoon is ok... - 11/27/07
