Nuttin' but good Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 C. Old Fashioned Oats2 C. Oat Bran1/2 C. Ground Flax Seed1/2 C. Nonfat Dry Milk1/2 C. Ground Almonds (Almond Meal/Flour)1/4 C. Soy FlourCinnamon and No Calorie Sweetener to tasteVanilla Extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except vanilla extract, sweetener and cinnamon and keep refrigerated until used.

Heat 1/2 Cup of mixture 1 Cup of your choice: milk, soymillk or water.

Add Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon and no calorie sweetener to taste byt the serving.

Berries are great in this!
