1/2 lb fully cooked bratwurst1 1/3 cups drained sauerkraut(from 14oz can)1 cup Swiss Cheese3/4 cup Heart Smart Bisquick Mix1/2 cup 2% milk1/2 cup beer or nonalcoholic beer2 eggs1/2 onions, sauteed
Heat oven 400 degrees. Spray 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle Brats, onions, saurkraut and cheese in pie plate.
In small bowl mix remaining ingredients until blended. Pour in pie plate.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean from center of pie. Let stand for 5 minutes
