Better than plain rice

Ingredients
1 Cup Long Grain White Rice1/2 Cup chopped celery1/2 Cup chopped carrots1 small onion, chopped1/2 clove crushed garlic2 tsp chicken stock2 Cups water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in 2 quart sauce pan and bring to boil while stirring occassionally. Reduce heat to medium and cover while cooking for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
