Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Baby Carrots, raw, 12 large Spinach, fresh, 3 cup Beets, fresh, 1/2 beet (2" dia) Cucumber (with peel), 1/2 cucumber (8-1/4") Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Garlic, 1 clove (you could substitute with a sliver of ginger)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1/2 fruit, strips
Dice all the veggies into pieces that will fit through the mouth of your juicer.
Alternate soft and hard fruits.
Garlic or ginger should be put through the juicer early for less spice and close to the end for more spice.
Makes 1 8oz glass of juice.
