Ingredients
1 cup quinoa, rinsed and draiend2 cups plain soy milk1 tsp cinnamon2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced2 TBSP flaxseed, ground2 TBSP hazelnuts, chopped
Directions
place quinoa, soy, cinnamon, and peaches in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Turn heat down, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Mix in flaxseed and hazelnuts.
