Amanda's Pasta Salad

Ingredients
2 c. Heartland Perfect Balance elbow macaroni1/2 c. Smart Balance mayo2 T. vinegar1/3 c. sugar4 t. mustard1 t. salt1/2 t. pepper1/2 large red onion, chopped finely1 large stalk celery, chopped finely4 T. grated carrot4 T. finely shredded cabbage1/2 t. paprika
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Mix together mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and seasonings. Add veggies and pasta; mix well.
Best if refrigerated at least four hours.
