1.2 stick of margarine1 sm. onion (diced)2 carrots (med, diced same as onion)2 T. flour8 potatoes (med, diced)4 cups milk2 chicken bouillon cubes1/2 cup milk, hot1 cup half and halfsalt pepper
Melt margarine in soup pan, add onions and carrots allow to saute til tender. Whisk flour in and allow to cook for 1 min. Add milk, potatoes and 2 bouillon cubes dissolved in 1/2 cup of milk. Cook over heat 20 minutes until potatoes are soft and some have dissolved into mush. Add half and half and salt and pepper to taste
