Zuppa Toscano

Ingredients
1/4 - 1/2 lb hot Italian sausage 2-4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon4 c chicken broth2 c kale, chopped1/2 c half and half3/4 c diced onions1-1/2 t garlic4 potatoes, cut in half circles
Directions
Bake sausage 15-20 min at 350. Slice. Cook bacon and onions til onion is transparent, add garlic, cook one minute more. Add broth & potatoes, bring to boil. Reduce to simmer, 15 min. Add kale, sausage, cream; simmer 5 min. Add S&P to taste.
