Spanish Hamburger

Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck (or other leaner meat)1/4 of a small onion chopped1/4 cup of finely chopped celey2 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove of fresh garlic crushed1 Tbsp of honey1 cup of tomato sauce3 tsp of hot sauce1 Tbsp of dried parsley1Tbsp of chili powder
Directions
Brown hamburger celery, and onions, drain off all grease. Add everything else and cook until heated through. Serve on hamburger buns or bread. Makes approx 8 sandwiches.
