Ingredients
2 pita's halved,2 stalks green onions chopped1/2 green pepper chopped4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained8 oz can tomato sauce1 cup mozzerella cheese2 tsp sugar (optional: to cut acid in tomato sauce if desired)
Directions
place halves of pitas insides up on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Layer sauce, vegies, and cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes. makes 4 servings.
