Lemon Beurre Blanc

Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy cream1/4 cup white wine2 lemons, juiced1/2 cup softened butter
Directions
Prepare sauce by combining lemon juice, wine and cram and simmer on medium heat until reduced by half. When sauce has thickened, slowly whisk in butter. Drizzle over fish, vegetables or any dish that works well with a lemony sauce.
