3/4 c. White Wheat Flour3/4 c. All-purpose Flour1 c. Oats2 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Cinnamon1 tsp. Clove Powder1/2 tsp. Nutmeg1 c. Pureed Butternut Squash1/2 c. Chocolate Chips (Dark choc for vegans!)1/3 c. Sugar1/2 c. Applesauce1/3 c. Oil1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract2 tbsp Soy yogurt
Same routine - mix wet and dry ingredients separately, combine both and mix just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Grease muffin pan and fill cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
