Pork Loin Roast w/ Sauerkraut and turnips

1 - 3lb pork loin roast1 - 2lb bag or jar of sauerkraut, undrained1 - 28oz can petite diced tomatoes1/4 cup Splenda Brown sugar blend8 - medium turnips, peeled and quarteredSalt and pepper
Place sauerkraut at the bottom of a roasting pan that was sprayed w/ non-stick cooking spray.
Pour tomatoes with jiuce on top of sauerkraut, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle with brown sugar
Salt and pepper loin roast and place on top of sauerkraut mixture.
Put in 300 deg oven for 4 hours or until tender
Add turnips durning the last 2 hours of cooking.
