Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
2 Baking PotatosOlive Oil, 1tbspSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tbspGarlic, 2 cloves
Directions
Wash potatoes throughly.
Peel if desired, can leave skins on.
Chop into even peices (each potato into 8ths)
Chop garlic
Put both on baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil on potatos
add black pepper and salt.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
