Crust---# Peti-Bar (Graham crackers can be substituted), 10 serving (remove)# Splenda, 6 tsp (remove)# Low Fat Butter, 25 gram(s) (remove)# Egg white, 1 serving (remove)Filling---# Flour, 16 grams# Granulated Sugar, 100 grams (remove)# Lemon Peel, 2 tsp (remove)# Lemon Juice, 40 ml (remove)# Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)# Egg, fresh, 2 (remove)# Egg white, 2 (remove)# Buttermilk, lowfat, 160 grams (remove)# Agave Syrup 100 gram (remove)
Directions
To prepare crust-
combine ingredients in a bowl; toss with a fork until moist. Press into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned; cool on a wire rack.

To prepare filling-
combine 1 cup sugar and next 6 ingredients (1 cup sugar through egg whites) in a bowl; stir with a whisk until well-blended. Gradually stir in buttermilk mixed with agave. Pour into prepared crust.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until set, shielding crust with foil after 30 minutes, if necessary. Cool on a wire rack.
