Ingredients
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Lime Juice, 3 fl oz (remove)*Pineapple, canned, 1.25 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks (remove)Pineapple Juice, 2 fl oz (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Avocados, California (Haas), 4 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)Cucumber (peeled), 1.5 cup, pared, chopped (remove)Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse (remove)Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 10 leaf, large (remove)
Directions
Chop all ingredients as desired and toss all together in large bowl.
Enjoy
Serve in iceberg lettuce leafs
