Pasta E Fagioli

Ingredients
1.5 teaspoons oil2 pounds ground beef12 oz. onion chopped12 oz carrots slivered14 ox. celery diced48 oz. canned diced tomatoes2 cups cooked red kidney beans2 cups cooked white beans22 ox. beef stock3 teaspoons oregano2 and 1/2 teaspoons pepper5 teaspoons parsley1 teaspoon tabasco sauce48 oz. spaghetti sauce4 ox dry shell macaroni
Directions
brown beef in oil in large pot . Add onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse beans and add to the pot. Also add beef stock, oregano, pepper, tabasco, spaghetti sauce, and noodles. Add parsley. Simmer until celery and carrots are tender, about 45 minutes . I alway cut the recipe in 1/2 for my family.
