Lettuce Taco

Ingredients
2 oz. ground beef2 oz. cheddar cheese1 slice onion, chopped1 Tbsp. salsa sauce (I like HOT)1 leaf of lettuce
Directions
When you are making tacos for the family, use lettuce instead of a tortilla for your own . . . it's still crispy and delicious. Depending how many carbs you have left for the day, add tomatoes or sour cream if you like them.
It's also easy to use up leftovers this way -- just substitute chopped up chicken, beef or pork for the ground beef..
