Plain Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
* Beef, round steak, 1 lb * Onions, raw, 1/2 a medium onion * Whole Wheat Spaghetti Noodles, 1 box * La Choy LITE Soy sauce, 3 tbsp*~* Recommended be cooked in a Wak*~*~*~ Garlic Optional as well as other vegetables~*~~* meat may be substituted or removed completely.*~ **** Veggies Haters Or the like: Recommend at least onions in for flavors even if they are not eaten. they add flavor throughout the meal****
Directions
1:boil the noodles

2: while noodles are cooking, add a cap full of heart healthy oil (or butter) put in onions and any veggies into the wak so that you may want so that you may BROWN them.

3: Once they are browned push towards top of wak and put in meat and add 2 TBSP of soy sauce to cook.

4: Drain noodles.

5: when meat is down, stir in veggies and noodles, heat thoroughly then reduce to simmer and add last bit of soy sauce and mix completely.

6: Serve warm or cold.
