1 block soft or silken tofu1 cup chocolate chips, melted w/ 1 Tablespoon water1/4 cup soy milk1/4 cup white sugar1 tsp vanilla extract1 Graham cracker pie crust
*Vegan if chocolate & pie crust are vegan.
Blend tofu, melted chocolate chips, soy milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pour into pie crust.
Bake 20-30 minutes at 350F, until top is set.
