Rice Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 thick pork chops1 cup Brown Rice1 can Cream of Mushroom soup1/2 cup milk1 TBSP ground sagesalt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Lay the porkchops in a shallow deep baking dish. Rub the porkchops with sage. Combine milk, soup and rice. Pour on top of pork chops. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
