Ingredients
1 c Bok Choy1 C Celery1/2 C green onion1 whole chicken breast (both sides of the chicken, with skin, cooked)6 cups chicken broth spices to taste (I used salt, garlic pepper, poultry seasoning)
Directions
Cook chicken

Chop bok choy, celery, onion & sautee in pan with a little bacon grease or fat from homemade chicken broth

Add Chopped chicken and broth

simmer until veggies are cooked to liking
