Broccoli Cheese Soup - Reduced Fat

Ingredients
2 tbsp. corn starch mixed with 1/4 c. COLD water4 c. chopped broccoli1 tbsp. onion powder1 tsp. black pepper16 oz. Velveeta 2%8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese Fat Free6 c. water4 c. Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
Directions
In a large pot add chopped broccoli, onion powder, black pepper, chicken broth and water. Cook until broccoli is tender. Then add cream cheese and velveeta. ****make sure that it is not boiling when you add the cheeses.*** Stir until cheeses are melted. Add the mixture of cold water and cornstarch to help with thickening.
