1 15 oz can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans, drained (save liquid)2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice1 tablespoon tahini,(can sub natural peanut butter) 1/2 cup plain yogurtsalt to taste

add all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
