Indian Fry Bread

Ingredients
2 cups flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1 tbsp olive oil3/4 c wateroil for frying
Directions
mix ingredients and divide into 8 balls. Roll the balls out with a rolling pin until thin. Fry in frypan in oil. I used overall 8 tbsp of oil. I start out with 2 and add as needed. Turn over to fry other side when first side is nicely brown.
