1 container fresh portabella mushrooms-approximately 12 , 1 green, 1 red 1 yellow pepper , 1/2 pound fresh low fat ground turkey, 1/2 cup -your favorite spaghetti sauce, 1 cup shredded mozzarella ,1/4 cup grated parmesan ,garlic powder ,italian seasoning
2servings- preheat oven to 375- wash and destem mushrooms, place in shallow baking pan, spray mushroom caps with fat free butter flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle garlic powder and italian seasoning onto mushrooms. Place in oven. for 10 minutes. While in oven, brown the ground up turkey on stove, add sauce, and chopped up peppers. Place into baked mushroom caps. Sprinkle on mozzarella over finished mushrooms and then the parmesan. Place in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Enjoy!
