1 lb deli sliced ham, sliced into thin strips8 oz neufchatel cheese1 can (10.75 oz) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, condensed, undiluted1 can (10.75 oz) cream of celery soup, condensed, undiluted2 Cups Swiss cheese, shredded2 loaves cocktail rye bread
Serves 15
1. In a slow cooker, combine the ham, neufchatel cheese and both cans of undiluted condensed soup.
2. Stir in shredded swiss cheese.
3. Cover and cook on low setting about 2 hours, or until cheese is fully melted, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve warm on slices of cocktail rye bread.
