Pie crust, graham cracker, 1 pie shell (9" dia) Cream Cheese, 8 oz Sour Cream, 1 cup Whipped topping, frozen, low fat (like Cool Whip), 2 cup Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp Granulated Sugar, .5 cup *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
mix cream cheese with mixer until smooth; add sugar and sour cream and mix again until smooth; add rest of ingrediants except crust and mix unitl smooth and firm; pour into graham cracker crust, cover and chill in refridgerator for 4 hours before serving. Keep chilled when done. serves 8
