Thompson's Shepard Pie

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 can sweet corn (12 oz)1 can tomato condensed soup4 cups mashed potatoes6 oz shredded cheddar cheese, light
Directions
Brown beef in a large skillet or frying pan. Add corn and tomato soup. Heat through. Spread evenly into a 9" x 13" lasagna dish. Cook and mash the potatoes. Spread evenly on top of beef mixture. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling. Let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!!

Makes 8 servings. (approx 1 cup each)
