Spinach Dip (cold)

Ingredients
Reduced Fat Sour Creap (pint)1 packet dry onion soup mix (lipton)10 oz package chopped spinachsmall can of water chestnuts1/2 cup lowfat mayp
Directions
Defrost spinach and squeeze out excess water.
Chop waterchestnuts into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients together and let chill for 6 hours in the refrigerator.

Serve with veggies/bread (calories do not include added vegetables)
