Sausage Vege Wraps

Ingredients
1/2 Red Bell Pepper1/2 Gold Bell Peper1/2 Onion4 Jennie-O Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links1/2 Cup of Grits Cooked1/2 Tsp Olive OilFlax Oat Bran Whole Wheat Pita BreadVege Seasonings to Taste
Directions
Cook 1/4 cup of raw grits
Slice Peppers and Onions into thin slices
Sautee Vegetables in skillet with Olive oil and Sausage stirring often.
When Sauage is done vege's shoud be nice and tender
Warm Pita Bread in skillet and separate the two layers cutting each layer in half. One pita will yield 4 pita wraps.
Cut all four sausages in half yielding 8 pieces
Place a spoon full of grits in one of the pita wraps topping with 1/2 of sausage and grilled vegetables. Wrap closed like pigs in a blanket and enjoy every bite. This recipe yields 8 delicious wraps. 1/2 tsp of maple syrup or low sweetener adds slight sweetnes but not calculated in this recipe.
