German Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lbs round steak3 tablespoons oil1/2 cup chopped onions3 oz (1/4 cup) can sliced mushrooms1/4 tsp dry mustard1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper8 oz reduced fat sour cream1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup water8 oz spaetzle
Directions
Cut steak in thin strips, brown slowly in tablespoons oil. Add onion, can of mushrooms, pepper and cook until tender. Add the mushroom soup and water. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add sour cream. Mix in good. Serve over spaetzle
