Citrus Tarragon Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup orange juice 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped 2 tbsp vegetable oil (recommend olive oil!) 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp tarragon leaves salt & pepper (I use only a pinch of red pepper) to taste 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Plan ahead to marinate!
Garlic should be finely chopped.
Combine all ingredients except chicken; pour over chicken. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.
Drain chicken; discard marinade.
Grill or broil chicken as desired, until fully cooked.
