Chili Sauce

Ingredients
36 Large tomatoes skinned 12 large onions8 large green peppers 4 large red peppers1 bunch celery1 tsp cloves (ground)2 Tbsp salt2 cups sugar2 cups vinegar2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp allspice2 tsp ginger2 tsp mace
Directions
Boil tomatoes about 1 hr. Then add EVERYTHING else. cook until thick or about 1 hour.
Put in bottles and process about 1/2. (for quart jars)
