12 oz. Frank's Red Hot Sauce8 Tbsp. Blue Bonnet Vegetable Spread33 Chicken Wings 1/2 c. Cayenne Pepper1/2 c. Red Pepper1 Tbsp. Black Pepper2 Tbsp. Salt1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
Hot Wing Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine 8 Tbsp. of melted Blue Bonnet Vegetable Spread, 1 tsp. Tabasco, 12 oz. Franks Red Hot Sauce.
Chicken Wings can be cut into sections or bought already cut (fresh or frozen). Dip 66 chicken wing sections into the hot wing sauce and place into a baking pan. Sprinkle wing sections with 1/4 cup of Red Pepper, 1/4 cup of Cayenne Pepper, 1 Tbsp. of Black Pepper and 2 Tbsp. of Salt. Place pan into the oven at 425 degrees for 45 minutes, then remove from oven and turn the wings over. Sprinkle with remaining Red and Cayenne Pepper then put back into the oven to bake for another 45 minutes.
* If using frozen wing sections, thaw first.
This will make 66 wing sections.
