Egg-less French Toast

Ingredients
8 slices low-cal white bread1 cup 2% milk4 tsp sugar1 tbsp cinnamon1 pat butter4 tbsp powdered sugar
Directions
Warm skillet/griddle over medium heat.
Mix milk, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in flat bottom dish (pie plate).
Add butter to skillet/griddle, melt and coat surface.
One at a time, lightly coat (dunk, but do not drench) each side of bread with milk mixture and place on warm skillet/griddle.
Cook until side is medium brown, flip bread and cook other side.
Repeat until finished.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve warm.
