Mexican Brown Rice

Ingredients
1/2 cup brown rice1/2 cup your favorite tomato based salsa (I prefer Chichi's Traditional - Medium Salsa)2 tsp Knorr Chicken Boullion granules2 1/3 cup water (check the directions for your rice. for 1/2 cup of rice for me it's 2 1/3 cup water)
Directions
Mix rice, salsa, chicken bouillon granules and water in sauce pan.

Cook on high until it comes to a boil and then lower the temperature to low. Let it cook until water has evaporated. Make sure to watch the rice at the end so that it doesn't burn on the bottom.

NOTE: If you use Minute or instant brown rice, it will take about 10-15 minutes to cook.
