1/2 C. olive oil3 C. rice-uncooked3 chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces, I used chicken sausage with mozzeralla cheese mixed in it, 4 sausages cut into bite size pieces.1 bag of frozen vegetables1 bag of shrimp-cooked2 C. chicken broth3 T. Creole seasoning.25 tsp saffron or tumeric1 T. garlic powder
Put oil in large skillet on high heat, add chicken or chicken sausage, brown.
add uncooked rice, and stir it. Stir in one jar of spaghetti sauce along with spices, let cook for 3 minutes after stirring. Add frozen vegetables and broth, stir, cover and cook for 3 minutes. Add shrimp cover and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
