Byron Crab Cakes

Ingredients
6oz ( 1 can ) lump crabmeat1/2 cup breadcrumbs2 medium eggs1/4 cup mayonnaise1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning1/4 teaspoon black pepper2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
1. Mix together eggs, mayonnaise, Creole seasoning ,pepper, Worcestershire
sauce, and mustard, until creamy.
2. Add bread crumbs, mix evenly.
3. Add in the crab meat, mix evenly.
4. Shape into cakes.
5. Makes 3 large
6. Saute in pan with a little oil for about 5 minutes on each side.
7. Serve with a Dijon or Roumoulade sauce if desired.
