Flan - Atkins Style

Ingredients
5 eggs1 cup heavy cream1 cup water5 packets of sugar substitute or to taste1 cap full of almond extractDash nutmeg or dash cinnamon
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Whip first five ingredients in blender for 3 to 4 minutes.

Pour into large baking dish or (6) ramekin individual dishes and sprinkle top with nutmeg or cinnamon.

In oven set in larger pan half-filled with water.

Bake for 40 minutes or until set at 350 degrees.
