Slow Cooker Beef Rump Roast

Ingredients
Rump Roast, 1 pound*Potato, raw, 5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Baby Carrots, raw, 10 large Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Place roast in the slow cooker.
Top with prepared vegetables.
Pour water into the crock.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on low all day.

    Pretty basic and easy to do.Large serving so even if you cut the portion down some its still enough and less calories. This was just what I was looking for. Thanks - 2/17/12
