Ingredients
lentils 2 cupschicken broth 8 cupslarge spanish onioncumin 1 tspjuice of one lemonextra virgin olive
Directions
Combine lentils finely chopped onion and broth simmer until lentils have become mush. Add cumin, juice from at least one fresh lemon, and flavor with salt and pepper afterwards. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with pita or flat bread
