Ginger Garlic Brussel sprout stir fry with wild rice dates and carrots

Directions
rinse and trim edges of Brussel sprouts, then quarter. Heat olive oil in pan and add garlic and ginger root. Saute with onions. Add Carrots and quartered Brussel sprouts, stiry fry for a few minutes over med to low heat then add dates and wild rice; cover and steam over med low heat for about 5 minutes. If desired add a few splashes of Bragg's liquid aminios when adding dates and rice...for extra spice add one serrano pepper with onions

    I made this tonight and I liked it a lot! The dates made a nice twist. I was looking for something different and this was it. Only thing is I would add amounts to this. I've been cooking for eons so was able to eyeball things and guesstimate how much to use to feed two of us, but a beginner cook - 9/27/10
