3 pounds ground turkey4 onions, finely chopped4 cups chicken bouillon2 tsp. salt 2 galic cloves, finely chopped1 bay leaf1/2 tsp. thyme
1- Put all the ingredients in a medium enamel cast iron casserole or a caserole with a thick bottom. Cover and cook at medium heat for 10 minutes.
2- Take meat apart with a fork and cook for about 2 hours without taking cover off.The liquid must evaporate and th meat must stick to the bottom of the casserole a little, that's the secret. Otherwise, take the cover off and turn up the heat until the evaporation is complete.
3- Take off fire and remove the bay leaf. Rectify seasonning. Whip with mixer. Refrigerate or freeze.
