Champagne Salad

3/4 cups of Sugar or Splenda8 oz Light Cream Cheese, room temp10 oz. Frozen, sliced strawberries20 oz. can of Crushed Pineapple, drained2 Diced bananas1 cup. Chopped walnuts or pecans, optional1 1/2 c. low fat or fat freesour cream
Drain pineapple. In a large bowl, cream the sugar sub. and the cream cheese together. Add strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts (optional). Mix well. Fold in the sour cream.
Chill. This maybe frozen, thaw small portions 10-15 minutes before serving.
Makes 16 - 1/2 cup servings.
Raspberries and blueberries may be used instead of the strawberries.
