Fresh Tomato Pizza with Gorgonzola Cheese

Ingredients
1 10 ounce thin-crust Italian pizza crustolive oil flavored cooking spray5 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced1/2 red onion, thinly sliced1/2 (2oz) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese or blue cheese1/4 c chopped fresh basil or oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Place pizza crust on ungreased baking sheet, coat crust with cooking spray. Top with tomato and remaing ingredients. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
